Your day at this Pocono Bed and Breakfast will begin with the smell of fresh coffee brewing….breakfast is served at 9:00 a.m. in The Great Room at your own private table. The Great Room overlooks our private courtyard and the round, historic icehouse, now The Icehouse Antique Shop. Anytime during the day or evening you can relax at one of the umbrella tables to read, visit or enjoy a beverage of your choosing.
The Gatehouse Country Inn features four unique guest rooms each with a private bath and a walk-in cedar closet. All the rooms are decorated with individual styles….antiques, collectibles and beautiful oriental rugs. The Game Room is for the guest’s enjoyment complete with the original Waring pool table and a collection of puzzles and games.

- Prices are for single/double occupancy. Each guest over two is $25 additional per night.
The Carriage Room:

The Carriage Room has a queen size bed, private bath and walk-in cedar closet. It has French doors that open to a small iron balcony with a view that looks toward The Delaware River and ridge beyond.
The Courtyard Room:
$160 per night - excluding tax(es) Sleeps max. 3 (no children)
The Courtyard Room has a king size bed and a love seat which opens to a cot size single bed. It has a cedar walk-in closet and a private bath. Double windows on each side give you views of the courtyard and property.
The Waring Room:
$215 per night - excluding tax(es) Sleeps max. 2
The Waring Room is our second "suite". The room is expansive with a king size bed, TV/VCR/DVD, a selection of classic movies and a comfortable couch/seating area, a digital Schwinn exercise bicycle as well as a large private ensuite bathroom. The crowning glory is the French doors leading to a large (25 x 22) private deck complete with table, chairs and umbrella table. The view looks towards the Delaware River and ridge beyond. All rooms have individual air conditioning.
The Cottage Room:
$160 per night -excluding tax(es) Sleeps 2
The Cottage Room has a queen bed, private bath and cedar walk-in closet. This cozy room has French doors that open to a small, iron balcony that faces River Road and the Pennsylvania ridge.
The Loft Room:
$190 per night - excluding tax(es) Sleeps max. 4 (no children)
The Loft Room is our “suite”. This spacious room is over our Great Room, so is quite large (40 x 25). It has a king bed, a twin daybed and a twin size trundle bed. There is a comfortable seating area for four with a TV, VCR and selection of classic movies, as well as a private bath with double sinks. The bank of 8 windows overlooks the courtyard below and out toward the Delaware River and ridge beyond.
